The Willamette Celebration concluded its’ festivities this Sunday, July 25th with more than 34,000 in attendance over the three-day weekend. Sunday’s event was the culmination of more than two years of planning and a four-month community service projects in the Willamette Valley.
This entirely free weekend provided a wide variety of entertainment including FMX (freestyle motocross), BMX and skateboard demos, a Family Fun Zone complete with inflatable bounce houses and various appearances of Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber from Veggie Tales, a variety of free health and hygiene services, as well as three concerts featuring top artists from around the country.

Willamette Celebration Weekend (July 23rd-25th)
* Three-Day Attendance at Willamette Celebration: More than 34,000 people
* Two-Day Attendance at Willamette Celebration (Fri-Sat): More than 30,000 people
* Thousands of decisions made to follow Christ with 694 cards returned
* More than 50 churches partnered with Willamette Celebration
* 1309 volunteers signed up to help at Willamette Celebration
* Volunteers at the festival came from more than 140 churches
* 3500 Gideon Bibles (NT w/Psalms & Proverbs) passed out
* More than 4000 hours of documented prayer for the people and communities in the Willamette Valley
* Love Inc provided 6 pick-up truck loads of clothing to be passed out throughout the entire Season of Service
* More than 25 corporate sponsors
* Festival Service Breakdown
o Dental services – 47 served
o Haircuts - 232 served
o Medical Screening Services – 143 served
o Eye Care – 225 served
o Vision Screening – 125 served
o Chiropractic/Massage – 325 served
* The Festival recycling team recycled 1.5 commercial garbage containers of trash with only 1 commercial container going to the dump.
* Season of Service (early April-July 24th)
o Creation of an annual iServe event to be held in conjunction with Love Inc every June
o 32 partnering churches involved in the Season of Service
o 1096 volunteers throughout the Season of Service
o 4900 hours given throughout the Season of Service to serve more than 600 individuals and thousands overall
